Admission

MAT admission requirements

Patients must be at least 18 years of age or older to be eligible for MAT treatment.

All admissions must currently be addicted to opioids and have a minimum of one-year history of use.

Patients must arrive at 5:00 a.m. to complete admission

Patients should expect to spend 3-4 hours completing the admission process.

Patients are required to bring a photo ID and insurance card with them at time of admission.

We look forward to working with you!

Our MAT program will prioritize high-risk populations: pregnant women, intravenous drug users, those recently released from incarceration, parents involved in the child welfare system, positive HIV/AIDS, and consumers with criminal justice obligations.
