Established in 2018, Addiction Medical Facility (AMF) provides a comprehensive system of care for substance use, mental health, and co-occurring disorders for individuals in need. AMF partners with other organizations in order to meet the needs of our patients and their families.
Addiction Medical Facility is a state and federal licensed facility. Our facility received accreditation from the Joint Commission for Behavioral Health Care in 2019, a distinction we continue to uphold today.
